Yearly subscriptions provide significant savings and a long-term commitment to our platform:
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Canceling your subscription stops any future payments, but it does not automatically trigger a refund. You will retain access to your premium features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
We monitor refund requests to prevent abuse. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in the following situations:
All refunds are processed through our Merchant of Record, Polar. It may take 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
